Step 1 Open your Outlook XP
	Step 2 Click on Tools Click on E-mail account...
	Step 3 Select Add a new e-mail account account Click Next
	Step 4 Select the server type as POP3 Click Next
	Step 5 Enter your full name Enter your e-mail adress Enter your incoming mail server provided by your ISP Enter your outgoing mail server provided by your ISP Enter your User Name Enter your Password Check the option Remember password Click Next
	Step 6 Click Finish

To verify and modify the e-mail settings follow the steps below

	Step 7 Click on Tools Click on E-mail account...
	Step 8 Select View or change existing e-mail accounts Click Next
	Step 9 Highlighted pop3 account Click on Change
	Step 10 Verify and change settings If you change settings,Click on Next
