Our Cruel Herritage is one of my favourite sites on the net. It's updated everyday with a wierd site that's sure to freak you out. Not one to casually browse in polite company, though.
Stuart Lee and Richard Herring are in my opinion the funniest comedians in the UK today, but totally undervalued by the BBC.

Whoever had the smart idea of combining Star Wars with Southpark should be crowned the lord god of genius internet sitery (a title I believe is still open). Check out Star Park now!
Sweeet.com is another cool Southpark site, with lots of nice wallpaper. Especially nice are the movie pastiches
Eric Convays An Emotion. When the boffins were thinking of all the amazing ways the internet would be used, very much that they imagined a mad American doing requests of various states of mind. This has to be seen to be believed.
Dave Hooper (who I used to work with at URE), a talented DJ, web designer, and BBC bod has designed a completely nuts website obsessed with newsreader Michael Beurk, his friend Johnny Bananas and other assorted nonsense.
Mark Thomas is one of the most exiting British comedians about at the moment. This is because he doesn't really do comedy as such - rather taking proactive action againsy instiutions or business that he finds unjust and seeing what happens. Much like the English equivalent of the fantastic Michael Moore.
What makes a site qualified to be 'Seddonistic!':

*Amusing
*Different to all of the other rubbish on the net
