Transport Business and taking full interest to earn the maximum for the members
of the co-operative society. The cash flow is good as the earnings are based on
daily basis and there is no credit. so, no chance for any bad debts. As all
buses are purchased on cash basis, there is no installment to be given to
financial institutions. The great saving of interest. Hence a good dividend is
guaranteed to the members of the cooperative society.

Dear Share Holders,
It gives me a great opportunity to just put some facts & figure of our Dream Venture in public transport business. As all of you know the importance of Environment, the air we and our children breath day to day, are not as clean as it should be. The main reason behind it is the cost we have to pay being developed. Daily tons of harmful gases are adding in atmosphere and making it unhealthier. To save us from various effects of harmful gases, the Government of India had decided to keep the level of pollution in control. Transport sector is the main contributor in pollution level, hence it had been decided to phase out old polluted commercial vehicles from Delhi Roads and replace them with environment friendly green fuel CNG commercial vehicles.
The Government had tried best and replaced all commercial vehicles with CNG fuel vehicles. Due to new technology and huge investment in installing CNG Filling Station it takes some time to settle and stream lined. Now CNG fuel is available freely and there is no shortage in future too.
The Delhi Government had issued State Transport permit to various commercial vehicles i.e. CNG operated Buses previously and mostly are with small transporters having two or three buses maximum with them and are creating unnecessary competition with others small transporters. Due to that major accident are happening on roads of Delhi and life of people are always on risk.
Now, the Government of Delhi had decided to issue permit to major players in Public Transport Business and asked for applications in this regard by private limited, cooperative limited and limited companies having 50 or more public transport buses with them to run on a single route. To avail this golden chance we had decided to apply for same. Hence, we formulated the enclosed scheme for our share holders to reap the maximum with safety.

2. Cost of each share : Rupees 100.00 only
3. Minimum investment : Rupees 10,000.00 only
