THE RULES
> Big phallic guns (that look cool but unwieldy) are used by both the characters and their enemies. These weapons are Psi-Amplifiers and allow their users to wreck the area around them.
> Everyone has a Codename (the good guys) or a Streetname (the bad guys).
> Small aerospace craft are used to dart about the cities and between worlds in the system. They need an unbelievable low amount of maintance and fuel.
> Guardians act alone or in very small groups, like sheriffs in the old west.
> Psionics are impressive and are viewed with awe and envy by the general populous.
> Life is cheap. In such a crowded environment, any fight with powerful weapons racks up a big body count of innocent bystanders....
> Long dramatic speeches and soap opera subplots...
