Adam sat watching the football players practice and condition for football season. Pretending to just have found a quiet place to study he  couldnt help but watch him. Adam sighed. Him. Mark Calloway. Big. Muscular. Tough. Rough. Gruff. Irresistibly   incredible. Big Mark.

Adam set aside the book he been pretending to read and picked up his sketch pad. Flipping through several pages of gorgeously draw pictures of Mark. Some of them had Undertaker labeled at the bottom, because when his team mates werent calling him Big Mark they called him Undertaker or taker for short.

He began to sketch a new one on the first clean sheet he found. As he drew he thought of the way people viewed Mark, They only seemed to like him because he was good at football and many were afraid of him. Mark wasnt the most social guy in the world and he definitely wasnt a ladies man, Mainly because most of the girls were scared of him the ones that werent we hoes. Adam had to wonderhad to hope that possibly Mark wasnt all that in to girls. Because he didnt seem to be. He never had dates or girlfriends like the other guys, he never bragged about whos  pants he got into last weekend, he jus played football. And little else was known. Adam, However, wanted to know. Ever curious for an adventure he planned on finding out about Markif he ever got the guts.

Adam all but laughed at himself for being so pitiful. A guy like Mark would never go for a little Sophomore like him.

Duane sat down with his lunch. Alone. Or so he thought. The second his tray hit the table he was swamped with every girl within in a ten mile radius. He rolled his eyes and tried to ignore their stares and talking about him like he wasnt even there. He was unaware that he was being watch by a shyer person from a far.

Sean all but loathed the flighty girls that surrounded the beautiful football player nicknamed the Rock. Duane was probably the most popular guy in the school and he was still a junior. Sean knew that he was destined to end up with some other geek or freak, never anyone as perfect as Duane.

As Duane passed Sean to throw away his tray he said Excuse me.

And Sean thought he had died at just the sound of his voice.
