10/14/79 FLORIDA ADOPTION
10/14/79

I was born on October 14, 1979 at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft Lauderdale, Florida to a woman named Carole Jorgenson (maiden name). I have a short letter from the time of my birth that I found in my records that described her as so: "She was 19 when I was born and her family background is Danish and the family was Catholic. She is the younger of two children born to a banker and a decorator. She was a HS student who enjoyed photography and guitar. She is 5'5', weighing 140 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. My father is unknown and my mother was placing me up for adoption because she was unable to give me a proper home. My mother has a 41 year old uncle who is epileptic and that was the only known medical problem at the time." Sorry to give such details but everything helps...I was adopted when I was 3 days old and my adopted parents were wonderful (Jeff & Lynda Bramwell) They always gave me everything I needed and ever wanted out of life. My A mother was my best friend. She was always there for me and did everything possible to keep her family close to her. My A mother would bend over backwards for anyone...My father provided for us financially and did what he could also. They also adopted my brother, Jesse, (not blood related) who is 15 months older than me. However, my A mother passed away 8 years ago when I was 12 due to cancer. All my life she told me I was adopted...it was a normal thing and I thougth it was wonderful that my parents could love someone so much that they didn't even know. My A mother always told me she would help me in whatever way possible if I wanted to find my Birth mom. But, unfortunately here I am without her...but I know she would have wanted me to do this and I know she is watching from above. Since my A mother's death, it has given me more determination, will power and a yourning to look for my Birth mom. Thank you all for listening and I encourage everyone to never lose faith...Take care!! Tracy Bramwell
