My name is Melissia R. SMith and I have been searching for my BBrother (BBrother Bname Christopher Lee Smith) now going on 12 yrs . With no avail. I have his original SS# .. the SSA has told me that this number is active but there is nothing being received from anything.. when i called the ept of Vital Statistics they told me that his records were sealed and that he was issued a second SS# ... They told me that my records were destroyed as early as 1984 and as late as 1990. They told me that they could not give me his records because i could n t prove that i was his sister.. When I was 21 i found my bfather and now all i want is to find my my brother. I hae other brothers and sisters ( but they are half and step sisters) Christopher is my only Blood Sibling and i want to know him and share with him that he is an uncle and i want to know about him ... how was he rasied and how his life growing up was .
