Bmother ISo female adoptee born in Tampa at Tampa General Hospital
around 2:30 pm. I was 18 yo my name was Cinde Lynn Troutman. Bfather was 6 years older
than me his name was Vance Van Weiren.I went to the adoption agency when you were about 18 mo
and they told me your parents had adopted you a brother.When
I had you I was living in a Salvation Army Home for unwed mother's on the north side of Tampa,
FL.A day has't gone by in my life that I don't think of you. I now have a 21 yr old
daughter and a 10 yr old son who want very much to meet their sister.
I thought at the time I was doing the right thing.I did't know what to do so I thought a
family who couldn't have children would love you.I hope they were able to give you a good life.
I regret deeply in my heart that I made the choice I did.
I can only hope that maybe you are out there looking for me and that
someday my dream of knowing you will come true. My 2 children only ask
that I don't do this on national TV. I LOVE YOU Love Mom
