I am a birthmom in Sarasota, searching for my birthson. He was born in Sarasota, at Sarasota Memorial Hosp on November 26, 1972 at 0156. Doctors of record were Young & Weeks. He is a biracial young man....who weighed 6lb 15 oz I believe. I have some unconfirmed info that he was adopted by a black family from jacksonville or around that area. He was in a foster home till about 6 months as the private adoption that the docs arranged fell through. I don't remember signing papers or anything, but must have. He was a C-Section birth. The foster mother called him Scotty, but she thinks the adoptive parents might have been thinking of naming him Kareem, uncomfirmed tho.
