My name is Julie Smalley, born 09/20/72 in St. Petersburg, Fl. at 10:50Am Mary and John Goddarad, Jr. adopted me when I was a couple of weeks old. I am not exactly sure of the age that I was. I was adopted to them by the Children's home society, I believe in Ft. Myers. That is where they were living when I was adopted. the Birth no on my certificate is 109-72-086961. My birth mother was 16 and I believe my birth father was 17.
