My adoptee name is Melissa J. Sing. I am looking for any birth family. I was born in New Port Richey, FL. of Pasco County and raised in DeLand, FL. of Volusia County. My Time of birth was 6:30 PM, and birth weight was 5 lbs 1/2 oz. The doctor signed on my certificate is Dr. E. H. Williams, Jr. His mailing address at that time shows as 1217 Pearl St. Jacksonville, FL. 32202 (There is only only one Dr. Edward H. Williams in Florida, residing in Jacksonville, but he denies giving birth to any child during his career. He is now retired, but is the only doctor ever licensed in Florida with the correct initials). My adoptive mother has a birthcertificate that shows twin blacked out on it, but mine says my birth type was single.
