I was born on February 19, 1971 at St. Vincent's Hospital at 8:08 pm. I weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces and had dark brown hair and blue eyes. I was 20 inches long, had a 13 inch head and a 13.5 inch chest. I was adopted in Duval County (Jacksonville) and have lived here all my life. I was picked up at a Presbyterian Church in The Riverside section of town on March 4, 1971 and my adoption was finalized sometime in June of 1971. My birthmother stayed with Volunteers of America from sometime prior to her 4th month of pregnancy until I was born. My amended birth certificate number is 109-71-013182. I have no other information on my birthmother and I am mainly looking for medical and genealogical information. Contact is not a necessity, but will not be discouraged. That will be soley up to the other party.
