Looking for paternal side relatives I was conceived in or around Watertown, New York and born May 4, 1970 in Panama City, Florida. Father was stationed at Fort Drum. His name was Todd Bedell and should be around 52 years old at this time. I was told he is half Cherokee from his mother's side. I am curious to find any information about him or other family members to learn more about my heritage. Thanks for you help.
