I am looking for my birth mother or father. I was born at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. I was put in a foster home when I was 1 week old, and was adopted when I was 3 months old. All I know is my birth mother was young, and my birth father was in his mid-twenties, I think he was 26, and he was in the military. I would like to find my birth relatives very much. I need to know the family medical history, and I also want to know who I am.
