I am ISO my Bdaughter, born Aliciea Gayle Rice, 10/12/69, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Riverside, Jacksonville, Duval Co, delivered by Dr. Bedesse(?). Aparents came from Clearwater, to pick her up when she was one wk old. Duval Co and/or HRS handled the paperwork which was signed Tues night after she was born.
