Child was born in Bartow County Hospital,
Bartow, FL December of 1964. She weighted about 3lbs. Birth mother: Edith Register Blocker. Birth farther William E. Blocker. At the time of
birth she had three sisters and one brother. Was taken by DSS from the hospital at birth. Birth mother was admitted to the Bartow County
Hospital under an another name. An employee of the hospital knew she was not the woman she admitted herself as into the hospital. Birth
mother was charged with conspirecy and fraud. Charges was dropped. Child was adopted out around 1966-1967. The child was given the
