I am a Female Adoptee ISO any Bfamily born in Jacksonville at St. Luke's
Hospital delivered by a Dr. Phillips?. Bname was Baby girl ClintonArthur T. Boone attorney handled the adoption.I found the "Final Decree
of Adoption" in my adoptive parents files. The adoption was not
finalized until October 3rd, 1963 ( a year later),but my adoptive
parents did have tempoary custody of me from when I was 3 days old.
The adoption was filed in the "Circuit Court in and for Duval County,Florida.
