Comments: Birthmother relocated to Miami Beach, Florida and resided at The Princess Anne Hotel on 920 Collins
Avenue for the last trimester. She had 3 other children who were 9, 8, and 6 when I was born. She had been divorced
for approx. 2 yrs when I was conceived, said that father was unknown. She used the name Dorothy Silver: took great
care to keep me a secret from family and friends. The Dr. she used was said to have had something to do with my
placement...Dr. Daniel O. Hammond. He is retired and resides in Miami, Florida and has bmom's file in his home. Not
willing to help me or discuss with me anything further. There was high blood pressure in one of bmom's parents.
Bmom probably has no idea that I was adopted in another state, Alabama.Non-id states that Dorothy was an only child
of her parents that were killed in a car accident in the 1950's. Both of her parents were of Polish descent and were
educated in Europe.
