by a State Agency. Birth mothers name was Katherine or Kathleen "Kat" Davis
she was about 24 at time of birth she was a wave or nurse at Stark or Roper Hospital in charleston, SC
Adoptee has medical problem and has children of child bearing age. Really needs to know where birth family are. She was also told that she had a birth sibling. If so, she would desperately like to me her/him.
