Margarita

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon or Lime Juice
Ice
Rub rim of margarita glass with lime rind and dip in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt rimmed glass.


Wild Thing

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Ice
Pour into a glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with a lime wheel.


Black Russian

1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
Ice
Pour ingredients into a glass 1/2 full of ice and stir well.


Jungle Juice

1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 splash Sour Mix
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice
Pour into a glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with an orange wheel, a slice of banana, and a cherry.


White Russian

1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Milk or Cream
Ice
Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into a glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes and fill with milk or cream.


Fuzzy Navel

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
6 oz. Orange Juice
Orange Slice
Ice
Mix all ingredients except orange slice with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled collins glass. Garnish with orange slice.


California Lemonade

2 oz Blended Whiskey
Juice of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Lime
1 1/2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Grenadine
Club Soda
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with shaved ice. Fill with club soda and top with several slices of lemon and a cherry. Serve with straws.


Test Tube Baby

1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Tequila
2 dashes of Cream
Pour amaretto and tequila into shot glass. Drop cream into the center.


Hole in One

1 3/4 oz Scotch
3/4 oz Vermouth
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Gorilla Milk

1 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1/2 oz Creme de Banana
1 oz Light Cream
Ice
Shake with ice and pour into a hurricane glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with a slice banana.


Chi-Chi

2 oz. Light Rum
5 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Blackberry Brandy
Mix rum and pineapple juice with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled highball glass. Top off with blackberry brandy.


Red Cloud

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Martini

1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
Ice
Stir gin and vermouth with ice cubes in mixing glass. Strain into a glass. Serve with an olive.


Diamond Fizz

2 oz Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Chilled Champagne
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass over half filled with ice cubes. Fill glass with champagne and stir well.


Jack Rose

2 oz. Applejack
1/2 oz. Lime and lemon juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Bee Sting

1 1/4 oz Blackberry Brandy
3/4 oz White Creme de Menthe
Ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Yellow Parrot

1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Pernod
1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into chilled cocktail glass.


Chapel

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup ice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.


Daisy Duke

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
5 drops Cointreau
1/2 cup ice
Club Soda
Shake the first four ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass. Add the ice and fill with soda. Top with fruit slices.


Blue Blazer

2 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
2 1/2 oz Boiling Water
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Use two large mugs with handles. Pour the whiskey into one mug and the boiling water into the other. Ignite the whiskey and, while it is burning, mix both ingredients by pouring them 4 or 5 times from one mug to the other. If done well, this will look like a continuous stream of liquid fire! Add powdered sugar and serve with a wedge of lemon.


Tom & Jerry

12 Eggs
6 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
Rum
Bourbon
Hot Milk or Boiling Water
Beat the eggs until thick and light in color. Gradually add the sugar and nutmeg and continue beating until the batter is thick. Chill for several hours. To serve, put 1 heaping tablespoon of the batter into a warm mug. Add 1/2 jigger Rum and 1 jigger Bourbon. Fill the mug with hot milk or boiling water as desired. Stir and serve with a light grating of Nutmeg on top. More liquor may be used if desired in the same proportions.


Black Gold

4 oz Hot Coffee
1/4 oz Triple Sec
1/4 oz Amaretto
1/4 oz Irish Cream
1/4 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1 splash Cinnamon Schnapps
Combine all ingredients in a mug. Stir. Top with whipped cream.


All-American Daiquiri

Blue Layer:

3/4 oz Light Rum.
1 1/2 oz Sour.
Mix 1/2 oz Blueberry Flavoring or 10 Fresh Blueberries.
1 cup ice
Red Layer:

3/4 oz Light Rum.
2 oz Strawberry Daiquiri Mix or 4 Fresh, Large Strawberries.
1 cup ice
Whipped Cream
Blend each layer seperately until very thick. Layer blue, then red, and top with whipped cream. Add a cherry.


Devil's Tail

1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Vodka
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp Grenadine
1 1/2 tsp Apricot-flavored Brandy
1/2 cup Ice
Blend until smooth. Add a twist of lime peel.
