1. How much will my shipping charges be?

Shipping is included in the price of your purchase. It is done via ground as this is the easiest method for these HEAVY items.

2. What if my scooter is damaged during shipment?

We send every scooter fully insured against damage and loss. If your scooter arrives damaged, call the shipping company as soon as possible. They will want to examine the damaged scooter. Then you will be able to file a claim and receive your refund.


3. Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax on items to residents of New York State.

4. How can I pay for my order?


We accept
Paypal as our secure online payment center. We also accept checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the funds have been verified.
