My ultimate creation. After extensive research of gathering information about the strongest fighters on the planet fighting techniques as well as their biological make-up, I was able to combine the best of everyone into a single entity called Cell. Cell's purpose is to be the ultimate fighting machine. Cell can do any technique that the Z-Warriors can do as long their cells are within him. Cell can't use his full power until he absorbs both #17 and #18, which will be his Complete Form of development. Once he becomes complete, no one can defeat him. The only problem with my creation that Cell has to be in a tank for 24 years. Once that is over, his larva state takes 4 years to absorb enough nutrients to reach his first stage. By that time I will already kill Goku and his friends.
