Hotest Hero in Town

A newcomer to New Haven, Deva�s history is a mystery to all. She claims to have traveled to the city in hopes of lending aid in these troubled times, but has yet to reveal where she is from or the source of her heat manipulation powers. She has the attitude of a veteran hero but the way she wields her powers suggests that they are relatively new to her.
