The telogreika is a padded jacket that was very warm and was part of a two piece set. It came in two different styles. The early war style had a falld down collar. The mid to late war style had a stand up collar.

Soldiers were often issued a two piece winter camo suit for use with the padded suit. It was basically a white tunic with a hood and white overtrousers.
