M40 Combat Helmet
The M40 helmet was one of the several styles of helmet to serve in WWII. By 1942, it was by far the most common and by the end of the war it was THE helmet of the Red army. It should have a three pad liner and a web chinstrap.

Mosin Nagant Ammo Pouch
If you carry a Mosin Nagant rifle or carbine you need to carry one ammo pouch. We would prefer everyone to have an early war pouch (pictured left) for 1943 events and a late war pouch (pictured right) for 44 and 45.
Ostfront carries both
Canteen
One canteen is required for the impression. It is made of aluminum and has a cloth cover.
Trident has some
Entrenching Tool
An original e-tool and original cover is preferred but many of us carry postwar shovels and repro carriers. Post war carries are unacceptable.
Ostfront has originals and repros

F1 grenades are carried in a pouch. These pouches come on many different colors and have different closure devices.
Ostfront and various other vendors carry these
Gasmask Bag
Every Russian soldier was issued a gasmask. Some people say that they threw them out, but we have determined through careful examination of photos and common sense that many soldiers retained their gas masks and this is what they carried them in.
