Finny Kensington
1. What's your full birth name? And your nick name? And while we're on a role, how about your age?

*very slowly, a dark haired male looks up from an old guitar on his lap, a small smirk playing on his face* *he wets his lips, then speaks* My full birth name? *smiles* That'd be Cullen Phineas Kensington II. *he speaks with a thick, rough British accent* Unusual name for an unusual character. *smirks* I don't care for my name, but I don't hate it. *shrugs* People always call me Finny. Since my father was always referred to as Cullen, my family used to call me Phineas. My sister always had a hard time pronouncing it when we were younger, so she called me Finny. I guess it just stuck. *raises a brow, running his hand through his hair* And my age, too? My, you just want to know everything, now, don't ya? *lets out a slight chuckle* I'm seventeen years of age, thank ya very much.

2. Tell us a little more about yourself. What's your personality like? Any bad habits? Any passions or ambitions? Any hobbies? What are your likes and dislikes?

*ponders for a moment* I guess I got a decent personality. People tell me I'm funny. *shrugs* Maybe they're right, ah? But then, maybe they're wrong... *laughs* I like to be around people. Don't really know if that's a personality trait, but I do... I'm a people-person. I like to talk. Being in a large group of people, talking and laughing, having a good time... It's a good thing. *rolls eyes playfully* My sister once told me I was too outgoing. Ah, what's she know? I mean, can you really be -too- outgoing? *smirks* Anyway... I try to be nice. Why shouldn't you be nice? Oh, and complimenting people, I do that a lot. I like to make people feel good. Just a simple compliment can brighten anyone's day, ya know? *runs a hand through his hair* Let's move on. Bad habits... I guess I tend to get my hopes up a little to much. I mean, I'll get really excited over things that -might- happen, ya know? I also tend to mess around with my hair a lot. *as though on cue, he runs a hand through his hair* Eh, that'll never go away. *smirks* I also tap my foot an awful lot. Whenever I'm sitting down, me foots bouncing. *points to his knee* See? *laughs* I guess I just like to keep a beat. *shrugs* Passions... hmm... Well, I'd like to be a musician. *shrugs* My mother was a vaudeville singer, and my father was a guitarist. I guess music is in my blood. *shrugs* I play guitar as well. I love playing. I mean, it's a beat up old thing, but it plays, ya know? *looks at the guitar in his lap with an admiral smile* It was my father's. *nods* I like to eat. *laughs* Food's something I could never live without. I'll eat anything. *smirks* I don't really care for rude people, ya know? Ignorance really gets me heated. I wish people could just, ya know, care about one another. *laughs* Sheesh, I sound so corny.

3. Now it's not like we're blind or anything, but how would you describe your outward appearance?

*laughs* I don't mind explaining it to ya. *shrugs* I guess I'm pretty tall, almost 6 foot. *laughs* Alright, so I guess It's not that tall... I have darkish brown hair. It's not really dark, but it's more dark than light. *laughs* My eyes are blue. *points to his eyes, which are, in fact, blue* I guess I'd say I have an average build. *shrugs* I like to take care of myself, ya know? Be clean, nicely groomed, well dressed... I'm not a picky upscale twit, but I do care about my appearance. *shrugs* I always wear this jacket that my father gave me when I was young. That and my guitar are the only things I have left to remind me of him. *shrugs* I guess that's about it, then...

4. Not to pry into your business, but could you possibly tell us a little about your past?

*shrugs* Sure I could, though, there's not much to tell... *clears throat* I was born in England, roughly seventeen years ago. *smirks* I never knew my mother. She died after giving birth to my twin sister. *shrugs* I heard a lot of nice things about her, though. My father always said she was a diamond that shined on the stage. He had a photo album full of pictures of her; she was beautiful. *sighs* Anyway... The five of us, me, my sister, father, and two older brothers, all grew up in a middle-class home in London. When me and my sister were about seven, our older brothers, Dallon and Ruckland, who were fifteen and seventeen at the time, left for New York, to become rich. *laughs* Or something like that. *shrugs* Anyway, about a year ago, our father died of pneumonia. *runs a hand through his hair* My sister and I pulled together some money and made our way out here, to look for Dally and Ruck. *shrugs* We have yet to find them. *sighs*

5. Do you have any living family members? If so, do they reside in New York?

*nods* Yep, I have some. I have my twin sister, Vaughn, who lives here with me. My older brothers live around here, somewhere... *thinks for a moment* I have family back in London. A few aunts, uncles, cousins... *shrugs* Don't know if I have any other family around here, though.

6. How about relationships? *Grins* Got a sweetheart or anything? Tell us a little bit about your significant other, or the one you admire from afar. *Wink*

*blushes slightly, smirking* No, no... I don't have a sweetheart. *laughs* I don't really think I admire anyone in particular either, though there are an awful lot of nice looking ladies here... *winks back* I get a bit shy around females I admire. *shrugs*

7. Why did you decide to join our Second Heaven Community?

*shrugs* Needed a place to stay, ya know? After moving from tenet to tenet for almost a year, a steady home is something that'll keep me smiling. *beams* 'Sbeen nice talking to you ladies, but if you don't mind... *strums his guitar*
