Full name-Brendan Lackmay...and hey, no jokes 'bout the name, k? *grins* Nickname is Caps, kinda obvious why...well with the amount of cabby caps i've aquired over the years. Oh and I'm eighteen at the mo' but I'm ready to turn nineteen in November.
2. Tell us a little more about yourself. What's your personality like? Any bad habits? Any passions or ambitions? Any hobbies? What are your likes and dislike?
Hmmm lets see...well I guess top of the list is I'm friendly, definitely easy tah get along with...or at least I hope so. Some people might take me as egotistical sometimes though coz I do have a habit of braggin' about my good fightin' techniques but you'll soon learn tah just ignore me. *chuckles* I can have a laugh but most the time I'm fairly serious, most people know they can come an' confide in me and I'll listen and help out best I can. Some even go as far to say I'm wise? *snorts* I do retreat sometimes though, deciding tah only show my true feelin's when I wanna. I can be anti-social because of this but I usually get over it, so don't go gettin' worried.Some people reckon I'm mysterious...guess that's that whole withdrawing thing again. I'm loyal an' trustworthy, if you need someone tah count on then that's me! But I'm also quite a good judge of character, so watch out. Hmm let's see what else...Oh yeah I can be quite adventurous guess that's why I get along with Chipper so well. Guys see me as a push over when it comes to relationships with girls coz I take them seriously, I don't sleep around. I'm a one woman guy *nods* Not ashamed of it either. I feel girls should be treated with respect *flushes a little, clears throat* But yeah the guys have learnt to take it as I am now though...especially after a few black eyes were given-heh. Oh habits, wow what a subject tah get into. Well I got a bad habit of drumming out tunes with my hands...that's because I used to do it for Chipper so she could dance or sing along...earning extra cash and all that. Another bad habit I'm gettin' is loosing concentration. I don't mean tah! It just well happens. And I think I've got the whole sarcasm thing under control now. I never thought about ambitions and stuff like that. Too busy concentrating on the here and now. Suppose I'd like to head back to the UK someday. Maybe become a poet but urh can yah keep that quiet, it isn't something I exactly like braggin' about. Hobbies are basically writing my poetry or having a good kick around ((soccer)) with the guys. Love playin' in the big poker games! Not much else apart from that. Not much else tah do around here. I'm fairly easy going, only liars tick me off. I think you'll realize my likes and dislikes as yah get to know me.
3. Now it's not like we're blind or anything, but how would you describe your outward apperance?
Ok here's a question I hate...can't we just move along? No? *sigh* fine. Well let's start head down shall we. My hair, yeah it's sorta like Jacky-boy's. A little lighter brown though and I definitely dont slick mine back. But you never hardly see it coz I never take my caps off unless I'm in private. Don't even think about stealing my cap off my head because it bugs me majorly! Dunno why but I'm really concious of it, so leave ot alone...there's a dislike for yah! *grins* Yah know what else is annoying, how strands of my hair fall into my eyes from under my cabby anywayz...yeah. Speaking of eyes, mine are dark brown. Mysterious yet warm and inviting. Weird combination but the girls seem to like 'em.*chuckles* Judge for yourself. I'm about 5'9...maybe a little taller and I guess I've got a good build tah me. Well let's put it this way, I aint skinny. Guess it was all that training I did, worked up my muscles *rolls eyes* Apparently I have a bright and charming smile, one that's cute enough to get me out of sticky situations. No I definitely don't see that as a bad thing. Oh yeah and I'm tanned from workin' out in the sun all the time. Guess thats about it, unless you wanna know my trademarks? Might as well tell you while we're at it so there's no askin' later. My caps, of course, kinda hard not to figure that one out. And the gold ring on my necklace, yup, no one will get their hands on this baby.
4. Not to pry into your business, but could you possibly tell us a little about your past?
And here's me thinking these questions can't get any worse. Just kidding with yah. Well I lived out in the UK with my mother, father and younger sister. My father was a drunk and turned abusive, one night it was real bad and my mother forced me to leave, to get my sister to a safe place. The look in my father's eyes was murderous. I remember being scared...I'll admit it. We ran and ran until we came to the docks, scared that he was still trailing us. We jumped onto the ship without thinking and let it sail us away. I still don't know to this day if he killed my mother or not that night. Anyway, we ended up in Brooklyn. Some old geezer by the name of Grey found us, he was good to us, firm but fair. Unfortunately he died a few years later though so my sister and I had to look elsewhere, the streets becoming our home. It was only a few months when my sister caught a very bad cold...I couldnt afford to take her any place and she died from it. So there I was on my own, ready to give up and along came Chipper. Ok truth is, I knew Chipper from back in the UK, in fact the only reason I stayed in that place so long was for her...but yeah obviously that night I had to leave. Glad we met back up again though. There you have it, my past.
5. Do you have any living family members? If so, do they reside in New York?
I consider quite a few people here family now, especially Chipper. But nah, I don't have any living relatives, at least not that I know of. And if I do iIseriously doubt they're in New York.
6. How about relationships? *Grins* Got a sweetheart or anything? Tell us a little bit about your significant other, or the one you admire from afar. *Wink*
I'd rather stay off that subject, too complicated, plus...well I guess it's safe to say I am single right now. *shrugs*
7. Why did you decide to join our Second Heaven community?
Wow, where do I start *laughs* Nah I'm joking. Ok well I used to stay at Van Wyck which Chipper pre-owned. But a huge thing happened there which I wont go intah. So yeah Chipper came here and well I guess I followed, anywayz it's a nice place and the people seem real friendly. I'm sure I'm gunna settle fine here.
