| Film Artist: Geoffrey Siskind A fi lmmaker and broadcaster who specializes in the absurd. He�s a graduate of the Canadian Film Centre�s interactive Art and Entertainment residency program. He has directed several documentary fi lms (including The Mantelpiece which aired on TV Ontario�s The View From Here), travelled extensively across Canada with Jowi Taylor documenting with video the production of the Six String Nation Guitar (a guitar made up of over 40 signifi cant pieces of Canadian history) and, as a guilty pleasure, has helped produce some of Canada�s most successful reality TV including Canada�s Worst Driver and Canada�s Worst Handyman (both for The Discovery Channel). Geoff�s documentary radio work includes producing documentaries for both national networks and local broadcasters in Canada and the US. His work has been featured at festivals across North America and Europe, where, as a nice bonus, he�s even won a few awards. |
