OK, now concentrate. The form is quite long but everything is essential, because we need to know everything about your petz. You need to fill in this form. Not many people have filled it out so far. Remember previous versions of Petz can work in later versions, for example Petz 3 can work in 4 & 5, Petz 4 can work in 5, etc. First here are the rules for submitting a petz.
1) You can send in as many petz as you want.
2) Make sure you fill in Part One and Part Two of the form. You can leave out Part Three if it isn't needed.
3) If you want people to specifically keep/change something, eg your prefix in the show name, please put it in the comments section. If you don't have any comments write n/a.
4) If you don't know or forgot where the breedfiles/textures are from, make sure you have them to include when you send us your petz.
5) If you have read the rules, put speech marks by your name, eg "Hound Cat".
6) Most importantly, if you want to submit a petz you adopted from another site, get their permission first. Some people want you to send the petz back to them if you can't look after it, so it is vital that you are allowed to send the petz to us. We will not be held responsible if we get a complaint from someone saying that a petz that they sent out to someone is on here without their permission. Got that?
