YOUTH homes serving young males age 8 - 18. SCC provides a warm, nurturing setting with full-time quailifed staff for boys whose behavior has required a residential treatment. We provide a highly disciplined environment and positive feedback that encourages adolescents to change negative behavior and attitudes to more considerate, respectful norms, before they return home to their families.
Our independent living home was established for youths 16 and older who might have presviosly lived in a group home or foster home. That have no permanent family living situation and are in need of support preparation for independent living. Training included finding a job, paying bills,learn to save, get high school diploma, and making decisions in a monitored but less dependent environment. Youth completing this program may choose to go on to continue their education in college, or enter the work force.
