Last time on Power Rangers Second Zeo:
Suddenly, a blast hits the High School near to Bulk and Skulls location. The blast forms the Metala Mega Dragonzord. Bulk, Skull and Professor Phenominous help to calm the local panic as many new citizens to Angel Grove do not know how to cope with a monster attack. They run to a nearby shelter to find it collapsed.

The Zord fires, showing its awesome power. It destroys half the school. Loud screaming is heard. Bulk, showing true emotion, runs to a newly-arrived ambulance.
"Can't you do something?" he asks in dispair.
"Not allowed to enter with that," pointing at the Mega Metala Dragonzord, "thing about"

Title Sequence

"What weapons are the Island armed with?" asked Tommy.
"Weapons? Have you seen this Island? It looks more like a luxury liner, less an HQ; it definately isn't an armoured battle tank!" laughs Rocky.
"The Floating Island is armed with an Electro-Magnetic Pulse, Xetro missiles, laser cannons, interceptors, deflectors..." calmly replied Computer.
"What?" chocked Rocky as the other Rangers laugh at him.
"Why?" asked Aquamarax.
"Can we launch an attack on the Space Skull to retrieve our friends?" asked Tommy.
Aquamarx slowly ponders the answerto Tommy's question when the alarms sound; "The Dragonzord and General Havoc's rebuilt Metalisaurus are activated and are attacking downtown Angel Grove," announced Alpha.
"Go to work, Rangers, I'll prepare the Island. Alpha, go to Red Alarms, Computer, prepare the island for Space-to-Space conflict, Billy, shutdown all secondary systems and bring the auxillary Power Producers online..." begun Aquamarax.
"Let's move!" yells Tommy as the Rangers teleport. The Super Zeo Megazord forms and meets the Rangers at Angel Grove. The Zords fight, the Dragon Tail Whip, mounted on its staff, hitting the Super Zeo Megazord. The Super Zeo Sabres appear, to counter it.

"C'mon," cries Bulk, "Connie's in there! People are trapped in there."
"Bulkie, I know you're concerned about your girlfriend, but that building could collapse. Besides, the Zords could return."
"If I don't bring Connie safely home, the Captain, her father, will kill me," says Bulk, "If the Zords don't get me first. Come on."
Skull looks at Bulk, "I'm with you, Bulk."
"M...m..me too." stammers the Professor. Everyone in the area agrees, and launches into a rescue operation.

Commercials

The Zords are at a stalemate, destroying more of Angel Grove than each other. For the moment, they are away from the High School. Suddenly Aquamarax's voice can be heard: "Rangers, can you hear me?"
Tommy speaks into the communicator: "I read you."
"If we're going to launch an attack on the Space Skull, we must do so immediately. Billy and Alpha and ready, we need you to join us. Your friends can finish this fight."
"Be careful Tommy," Kat calls after him.

"Approaching 100 kilometers away from the Island. Activating Weapons Array." announces Computer. From various places in the rockfaces, weapons appear. A shield powers up around the Island; an electromegnetic blue/green grid surrounding it.
"Long range sensors have located the Space Skull, I am attempting to find an exact lock on it," said Alpha.
"I am going to knock out weapons, then we will teleport aboard and free the Rangers and teleport back and retreat," declares Aquamarax, walking in.
"I'm with you, but don't you think it would be better with the others?" enquired Tommy.
"Nah, too many people - more chance of someone finding us."
"Too late - I've already found you, and I have a little proposition for you, Ranger, retreat now. Otherwise the nuclear missile from Earth will be fired at you, and that would be a waste of Ninjor, but don't worry, we'll teleport him in time..." says Vile through the Viweing Screen before disappearing.
"Nuclear? no...no...no" calls Billy, dashing up to a console to check it out..
Aquamarax walks round from another console, going white. "They're not bluffing. They've locked a nuclear missile on our co-ordinates. Unless we back away from the Space Skull, the Island's toast."
