Last time on Power Rangers Second Zeo:
"You again. You're finished!" growls Goldar.
"We've gotta go to full power," begins Tommy.
Showing the hand movements at the same time:"We call on the power of the Super Zeo Megazord Saber, now," the Rangers yell. Goldar and Scorpina retreat at the sight of this with a yell of "He who fights and runs away...lives to fight another day."
Ninjor collapses.

"You call this a result? This is absolute rubbish, like you. I ought to...."
Vile, scared of this, grins and whispers:"Think about it, though. My daughter tried it once, and got quite close. Who better, especially as they've been evil before....."
Finsto walks in:"Masters, the device is ready. Preparing to activate the Dragonzord now."

Title Sequence

"We came, we saw, we conquered!" cheered Rocky
The rangers were back on the Island. The Rangers appear full of life after being back in action. Ninjor is resting upon a chair, next to a medic display unit. Suddenly, a bolt of light flashes through the room.
"Not again," calls Billy.
"Please, allow us to interrupt your celebrations, Rangers," growl Havoc and Vile, Havoc continuing alone, "but your problems have just started. Do you recognise these people?" Vile continues, "You should do, they are the very weak Power Rangers in Space. They, with the Astro Megaship are here with me. I'm beginning to enjoy draining their Powers from their bodies. They have given up calling 'You'll never get away with it', so don't start. Finally, though, you rangers are useful...."
"Why, Vile. Get to the point before those lives are in danger," Aquamarax yells.
"But that's the point, Aqua-fool. Their Powers are to be used to power up Metalisaurus and the Dragonzord, to form the Mega Metala Dragonzord. That needs a lot of power, y'know? Now where can I get this power from, I wonder......oh, yes, of course, silly me," Vile, become more evil and serious after his playful attitude, "Your friends. But, since I'm so nice, you have one last chance to save them."
"How?" asks Tommy.
"Surrender Ninjor, and let him give to us a set of Morphin powers. Once we get those, we'll have no need for the Zords, or your friends. Agree, and teleport Ninjor to the Temple Entrance to give us the new Powers. If not, prepare to fight the new, more powerful Zords outside of the Temple. Either way, we win. We'll leave you to make up your minds, but I'm giving you one hour. After that, we are left with no choice...."
"Don't do it," calls Andros, "Don't surrender. Zordon never did. You can't, not now. You mustn't....."
The transmission is instantly cut. The rangers look round, in a loss of what to do.

Commercials

"You think the Rangers are back, eh Bulkie?"
"It's a bit suspicious, Skull, that one minute Tommy and the gang were there, then the next, gone, even if Zoltar destroyed all the evil..."
"Zordon, Bulk, Zordon"
"Whatever Prof. Perhaps we can find out about alien creatures if we're going to be under attack..."
Suddenly, a blast hits the High School near to Bulk and Skulls location. The blast forms the Metala Mega Dragonzord. Bulk, Skull and Professor Phenominous help to calm the local panic as many new citizens to Angel Grove do not know how to cope with a monster attack. They run to a nearby shelter to find it collapsed.
"We regret to announce that, after a period of five years of non-attack, that we feel these monster shelters are not necessary. One is still available to see as a museam at....." read the notice.
"Power Rangers, HELP" screams Skull.
