Issue #5:  TAFKASQ

There will be no further penalties for Tennessee, and no NCAA investigation, but all of TAFKASQ's records will be expunged from the SEC record book and Tennessee will be forced to forfeit its conference victories (and 1st place finish) for 2004 because an ineligible player was used.
