Extra Recruiting Rolls

Every SEC team gets one Energy Roll per season

Only Ole Miss gets extra rolls, namely one BC roll and one predetermined insurance roll.  Did we delete the one 10-sided improvement roll?

Others no longer gets an extra roll (Florida - 6 recruiting rolls, Vandy -turnover considerations, Tennessee - JuCo recruiting advantage).
