Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi each get 6 hometowns in the pool. (=18)

Louisiana, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida each get 4 hometowns in the pool.  (=16)

Non-SEC hometowns in the pool will be Arkansas, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, NY, SC and Texas (=7)

Total in pool = 41.

These 41 are in the pool regardless of the number of recruits and regardless of whether there are any pre-ordained hometowns (e.g. international player, envelope deterimining state, etc.)
