Gretchen Walburn from Ross County was announced as the new Secretary.

The Team Registration forms were passed out to each team.

The subject of using new music was presented by Jen Snider.  Mount Vernon and Ross will be using the new music; all other teams will be using old music for the remainder of this competitive season.

Everyone received the finalized 2009-2010 Meet Schedule.  The scheduled was confirmed by each team.

Pickaway wanted to include their Level 5’s in one more meet during the season, so it was presented that they participate in the November 21, 2010 meet at Licking County.  It was confirmed by each team that in addition to Ross County and Mount Vernon, Cambridge would be brining their Level 6-8, PO, Pickaway Level 5-6, and Lancaster Level 5-8, PO.  This is still tentative pending approval from Jane Oberfield

If a gymnast is moving up a level during the season all coaches must be notified immediately.

Reminder:  revised rosters are to be sent to every team by email and mail no later than January 5, 2010.

Treasure Report – It was presented by Jen Snider that $100 be used from the account by each team for Coaches Training.  It was seconded by Cheryl Matthews.  So each team has $100 to use in any way to improve the training of their coaches. (Ex: Registration for Regional Congress).

Some network rules that needed clarification were discussed:

1.     In order to compete in District or Zone Meet you have to have competed in 2 Network Meets.

2.     The host team needs 4 weeks notice for a no show for injury or serious illness in order to not pay meet fees.  If you do not come to the meet for any other reason you are still required to pay meet fees.

We are still waiting on Jim for Score Master Clinic.  Jen will let us know when she receives any information.

The topic of dress code during the awards ceremony was presented.  It was a unanimous decision that during the awards ceremony each team will be in Uniform dress code while receiving awards.  Full warm up or Leo is acceptable.  Please make an announcement at the beginning of the meet and at awards ceremony so that everyone is fully aware of the new policy.

Meet results must be emailed to Jen with in one week of the meet.  NO ACCEPTIONS.
