Furnace Fisheries

The six acre match and day ticket lake is stocked with Carp to 32lb, which has only been caught twice to date, the average weights are between 5 to 22lbs. Also stocked are thousands of skimmer Bream. Rudd to 6oz, Bream to 5lb.Roach 3lbPerch 2 lb-8oz, Tench to 7lb-8oz and plenty of Crucian Carp.

 

There are 60 platformed pegs, easily reached from a newly constructed car park.

This lake has 20 to 25 pegs and is stocked with Mirror Carp to 19lb.average 3lb.

Common Carp to 8 lb. average 4-5 lb.Bream 7lb-6oz,Roach 8oz.Roach/Bream hybrids run to 4lb,plus a few tench to 3lb. Perch, thousands of skimmers small Rudd and Eels.

Facilities

Fishing Lodge, full use of microwave, hot and cold running water, free tea and coffee provided (serve yourself), toilets and washing facilities.
