Sarchu. The big dot with a circle around it in North Eastern Himachal Pradesh. One small
police tent exists here for checking all civilian vehicles. Superbly trained cops, they knew
we were Indians even without coming out in the cold and hence we just zipped by with just
the Hulk mumbling, "Hey dudes, cops."
