this is my personal web site, which describes who I am, what I have done in life, what I am doing at this moment, and what I want to do in coming future.
On March 15th, 2006, Barrick Gold Corporation (Barrick) took full control of Placer Dome Inc. (Placer Dome).
As of April 1st, 2006, Barrick assigned me the responsability of the Senior Geophysicist for the South American Region.
In the meanwhile, after Barrick's takeover on Placer Dome (on March 15th, 2006), Barrick sold all Canadian assets and projects to GoldCorp Inc. (GoldCorp).
Then, on July 24th, 2006, Terrane Metals Corporation (TMC) closed from GoldCorp the acquisition of following projects:
- Mt.Milligan,
- Berg,
- Maze Lake, and
- Howard's Pass.
In July 2007, I left Barrick Gold, based in Lima, Peru to join Terrane Metals Corporation (TMC) on August 1st, 2007 as the Chief Geophysicist and GIS Manager.
TMC is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver, B.C. Home of the Winter Olympics 2010.
