All you need to do is in smart_guy_55's shop purchase an item worth 2 500np. and neomail smart_guy_55 telling him you wan't a scratchcard and you must pick 6 numbers from 1-9. He will then tell you if you recieved an NFN ITEMS SCRATCHCARD or a NFN MONEY BAGS SCRATCH CARD and he will post your results here. You will need to neomail him to tell him you checked your ticket(s) and he will send you your prize is you won. You may only buy 2 per week. So choose wisely when you wan't to purchase them. You cannot pick what scratchcard you will get, it is random.
