� Cancellation/Penalties�Individual room cancellations will be accepted until 48 hours prior to arrival. After that, the 1st night�s room and tax will be charged.
� Airport Shuttle Service�Bell Trans operates every half hour from 4:30 A.M. until 2:00 A.M. The cost to ride the shuttle is $6.50 per person, each way.
About the Stratosphere:
Centrally located, Stratosphere Las Vegas is at the top of the Las Vegas Strip and the closest Strip property to Downtown Las Vegas and the Fremont Street Experience.
So we ask that all participants chip in to the cost of the room (which is just another hotel room). Of course, the more people who attend, the cheaper it'll be.
Estimate: If 20 people attend the Shindig, the cost will be about $20 per person.
If you are not staying the full 4 days, or are a local, please chip in what you think is appropriate.
We'll also have drinks and munchies available and ask that everyone chip in to that cost as well.
