seat7:how'd you come up with the name fuzbuni? fuzbuni: we were tossing around names when we 1st started out and it stuck...it was all cutesy and we weren't.
s7:how long have you been playing together? f: about 6-7 years..seems forever.
s7:where are you from? f: jim says pluto...but we all live in the wonderful metropolis of chicopee ma..yay!
s7: how many recordings have you done? f: we have TRIED to record so many times we lost count...but there are 2 we put out "officially" ...tv kills and the s/t red one...and we are currently working on a new recorded we hope to have out by autumn
s7:where does the inspiration for your songs come from? f: musically...just playing..lots of playing around..jamming...lyrically... it is just stuff...everyday things...world issues from our eyes..personal stuff...i dunno..it just comes when it does..
s7:who is xavier mcdonald and what is a "meglogween"? [reference to song titles] f: we are not at liberty to divulge such info at this time..too many eyes....
s7: where do you see yourselves going? f: as far as we can...not looking for super-stardom or anything...but to be able to just make music and play it for people all over the world and be able to pay for things we need...roof and food...drugs and guns...you know..the necessary things...
s7:how did you meet the other members? rachel-i met jim and J at dennys..we started hanging out.then one day i went to jims and watched them play..they made some fucking noise...i knew there was something special happening and i wanted be a part of it..so after they struck out w/ many other members..i offered my services. J-yes..we both met rachel l as she described...and she was rad..so after all the other people we tried out on 2nd guitar..no bass!!..we decided to become a real band..and she began playing bass...woo...jim and i met in high school after i moved from the greenfield MA area to agawam... jim and i were in that school...he and never talked for a while...just looked at each other and nodded...and then we just did one day...and have been an unstoppable rock assault squad ever since.. jim- i met them by being social.
s7: were you in a band before fuzbuni? what band? rachel-no jim-no J- yes..i was in this lame band called 121 candles..i guess it was ok at the time...they are still together just going by 121...but i hear they play bad rap metal now...whatever...to each their own...it all goes downhill when you lose someone as spectacular as me anyhow.
s7: what's your favorite venue? rachel-when we played the shed..that was pretty cool. J-yeah... i liked the shed..i like any place that we can play pretty much...but my fav??..so far the shed...pearl street is nice but to sweaty and i hate the lights... jim-any place that will let us plug in and play with a few heads to watch.
s7: how long have you been playing your instrument? rachel- about 6 years jim- 7 or so years J- i would have to say about 7 years...just learning...we all are..never taken a lesson once...nope..not one of us.damn.
s7: if you found $300 in your pocket, what would you do? rachel- spend it. jim- i don't think i would tell anyone. J-i think i would buy some crack and some twinkies..or other...stuff..who cares. probably pay my rent.
s7: what do you do in your spare time? group answer- we play our music and try to play shows...this is all we want to do...and most of our time is spent working our stupid full time jobs...somebody give us some loot quick...why couldn't we have well to do parents???
s7: what celebrity do you think you look like? rachel-none jim-none J -hahahahahahahaha
