What is Seated Massage?
Seated massage is done in a specially designed, lightweight and portable chair.

What can I expect from Seated Massage?
As a client you remain fully clothed at all times, seated massage is done in a public or semi-private area.

If you are unfamiliar with the massage chair the therapist will explain how to position yourself on the chair as well as adjust it to fit your body type and height.

The therapist will answer any of your questions and concerns so please feel free to ask!

Before even a short session begins, the therapist may ask you a few questions to custome fit your session  as well as attain an abbreviated knowledge of your medical history.

The therapist will typically work a client's fullback, neck, head, arms and hands. If there is enough time remaining the therapist may work chest, legs or feet upon request.

When massage is almost over you can expect the therapist to help you into an upright position to finish your massage. This helps you regain your awareness and equilibrium.

All massage techniques are done over clients clothing.

You can expect to feel relaxed, refreshed and energized after your massage.

Equipment is cleaned between each and every client.

*Remember to drink plenty of water after your massage to help your body stay energized, reduce fatigue and clear toxins!
