Wel invite all persons to help support the goals and mission of the Sea State; to found a Sovereign and independent island nation, to create a truly nobile society of people who maintain the standard of peace, freedom and independence.
Dentin to succeed in our mission, we pledge to promote only peace based initiatives to attain our sovereign territory, we intend to build for ourselves a separate and independent island state.
Utilizing currently available construction technology, we intend to construct this self supporting sovereign nation at Sea.
