Ships crew and Leaders attend Specilized SeaScout Training in Orem
Ships crew participate in Veterans Day Parade and are selected to carry the American Flag to help lead the procession
Two of our crew also lead the parade and carry the colors for the American Legion
First Official Activity - Sailing on Utah Lake (cancelled due to weather)
Ships design is voted upon and approved by the ships crew
Ships crew participates in Council Holiday Auction - Honor Guard activities

January - SeaScouts Clifford and Bobby serve has honor guards for the induction of the Sandy City mayor

January 23 - SeaScouts Clifford, Bobby, Patrick and Greg serve as honor guards and conducted the opening flag
                   ceremony for the Para-Olympics at the Galvin Center

January 24th - Seascouts do tour of a hospital emergency room

January 26th - Seascouts Clifford, Bobby, Patrick take part in the Varsity Biathelon
February 2002
February 2 - Members of the Seascouts complete Red Cross CPR and First Aid Training

February 16 - SSS Devilfish and crew go to Sea Base to spend the day snorkling among the fish of SeaBase.
                     Pass off qualifications for the Snorkling BSA award
                     Board of Review completed and Announce that Josh, Bobby and Clifford had successfully passed the                        requirements for the rank of Apprentice

This month we attended Merit Badge PowWow which ran for three consecutive weeks.
May 4 - Scout O Rama - The SeaScouts of Ship 2077 and Ship      from Draper participate together in the
            opening Parade and ceremonies.  The Sea Scouts serve as Honor Guards at the opening Flag Ceremonie.                 Boatswain Clifford calls the group to order. 

While at Scout O Rama, the Sea Scouts man the Sea Scout Booth explaining what the program is and recruiting others into the program.

May 24 - Sea Scouts perform service project as they set flags on the graves of service men and women at the                       Sandy Cemetary.  This project was completed along with the members of the American Legion Post 77

While at Scout O Rama, the Sea Scouts man the Sea Scout Booth explaining what the program is and recruiting others into the program.  The ship - Royal Ark is brought to the "Rama' where scouts of all ages are able to climb aboard and have a look around.  Later on the masts are raised.  The scouts have a great time.

Sept. 11 - Our Committe Chair - Tom, and Area Boatswain - Clifford along with J.M. Zimmerle (area Commodore) and members of the Utah Sail and Power Squadron meet with Utah Governor Mike Leavitt as he proclaims a special day in honor of Power Squadrons 90th anniversary
