Buckwheat Pancakes

� c. buckwheat flour
� c. all-purpose flour
� tsp. salt
1/3 c. dried whole egg
� c. nonfat dry milk
1 � tsp. baking powder
4 Tbs. margarine
1 � c. water


Mix all ingredients, except margarine, with water to make a creamy batter.

Melt margarine and add gradually to batter while stirring.

Drop batter by small spoonfuls into pan; flip when edges become bubbly and golden brown.

Makes about 30-40 2-inch pancakes.
