| Communications Team members are composed of citizens who volunteer their time during periods of recognized and declared emergencies. Membership into the Communications Team shall be available to any citizen who meets all requirements listed in the East Montgomery County Search and Rescue Policies and Procedures Manual. Many of our Communications Team members are licensed HAMM Radio Operators. |
