Why closing?
I am closing simply, because I just don't have the time. It's hard enough running Dragon Tears, and trying to manage any hexies on the forum or making new adoptions for DT. On top of that, I don't even have any help, and Angie and I will be reopening Hope Hospital together, so there is no need to have SPP. Thanks for understanding guys and sorry for those few new forms that came in, that I can't finish!
