We traveled to the far northern India to the refugee city of Dharmsala. Perched in the high Himalayas, the city is the home of the Dhali Lama and the Tibet Government in Exile. The city has become a mecca for Buddists and others seeking spiritual enlightenment. The city has evolved into a kind of spiritual shangra-la. |
