At the beginning you start behind a boulder, wait until your sure the coast is clear then run over to the garage go in and wait until the guard that goes to the wall furthest to the right on the map is walking left. Then run out the garage door then around the corner and you will see a guard patrolling around in circles in the yard area and another guard will come out every while to talk to him. You should be able to see a boulder in this yard just like the at the start. When the one guard is walking around when you see him dissapear around the boulder run directly towards the boulder. Shift around the boulder and try not to be seen and wait until the other guard comes out and they talk. When he goes in the guard will patrol again then when you get the chance run in the door and into the room directly to the right without being seen and cut the fugu fish. Next when the coast is clear in the kitchen, when the maid is feeding hiamoyto jr. and the cook is outside, run in and place transmitter and fugu fish on the plateand then run back into the fugu fish room then hiamoyto jr. will swallow the transmitter and then eat the wrongly cut fish and die. Objectives complete. now leave the way you came, run out of the room and hide behind the boulder again then into the garage and out when coast is clear then run back behind the boulder then when the two guards are out of your way run out through the gate. Mission Complete!
